Eating clean while training



It's important to eat clean and train as this will help to achieve the goals you are after, Some of these can be mind that these are just examples:


  • To build muscle without adding fat
  • Gain weight
  • Have a smaller waist
  • Going for Abs
Eat six small meals a day: Breakfast, lunch, dinner and three snacks. Try to eat every few hours to curb hunger and promote a higher metabolism. 

Read labels!!! Look at the calorie counts, but also look at the nutritional value and ingredients.

This is a easy meal to prep as you have your protein, vegetables helps to lean up.
